Rahul Dravid Contract

Although his team pulled off a much needed win on Wednesday in the IPL Rahul Dravids difficulties simply refuse to go away. There are reports that Dravid may lose a lucrative contract with the Bank of Baroda. Dravid is the brand ambassador for the bank and his contract is said to be worth Rs 4 crore over four years. According to reports the bank is considering replacing Dravid with Indian One day and T20 captain MS Dhoni who has apparently demanded a whopping Rs Rs 7 crore per year to sign on. Although the banks Managing Director Devdas Mallya refused to confirm the reports a source told Newswire 18 that there is no question of renewing Dravids contract.
