The consistency in unpredictability is going on in Pakistan performance. Pakistan started its super round match of ICC twenty 20 world cup in an awkward way when Sohail Tanveed costly over put Srilanka at the top due to his poor bowling stuff. The same goes in batting when Pakistan opener Salman Butt and Kamran Akmal fell cheaply.

Warlier Srilanks started with flying colors and the openers Jayasuria gave an edge to Srilanka with brilliant start. The later batsmen of Srilanka were unable to maintain the pace and were contained for 153 after a display of excellent bowling by Shahid Afridi, Shoaib Malik and Saeed Ajmal.

The wicket was nice, ball was comming to bat and the weather was fair enough too but pakistan batsmen early batsmen did not take advantage from it and went back to pavillion cheaply. later Misbah and Younus Khan were able to build a partnership but the run rate crossed 10 runs per over.

After the departure of Misbah and Younus none of Pakistany batsman able to score big hit. So the easy winning match went out of hands of Pakistan.
