The two last matches of T20 world cup were straight wins to undefeated teams of both pools. Both the teams equalized the record of 8 straight wins. Last time Pakistan was the only team which won 8 straight games.
The meaningless match of India and South Africa was one sided. It was a low scoring match in which India had a chance consolation win but they again default. Indian batting line could not manage to kiss the small total which earlier posted by South Africans. There is no doubt that South African bowling attack is one of the best in the competition but the considerable factor is the commitment of South African players.
We have seen in the whole tournament the body language of the African players was positive even in two matches they were unable to score a good total but they fought for it and came out with flying colors. The same goes to Srilanka. They played superbly and manage to qualify for the semi final without losing a single match. All credit goes to team work. Sri Lankan team is a pure example of team work. All the departments of fielding, batting and bowling are combine and committed towards a positive out come.
