Both the teams are competetive, Pakistan train has started while Srilanka is undefeated with quality display of cricket skills. It is hard to predict about the winner. Pakistan has totally changed after its first defeat from England. They have change their game plan. The new plans work and they emerge into a different side which posses all the qualities which a good team should have. They defeated the favourites South Africa in a confident way. Now we have to see what they have planned for Srilanka. I think Srilanakan team has only advantage of bowling. I have a prediction, if Srilanka bowl first and pakistan manage to score over 160 runs then it will be very hard for srilankans to achieve this target, in other side if Srilanka bat first then any score above 140 will create great moments of sensation.
Both the teams are desperate and needs a big win. They have the players which have to be marked by both sides. Any of those players can be dangerous. The players which will be of great interest are Shahid Afridi
He is in a great form now, his bat is producing runs while bowling gives an extra super edge to his side. He can repeat what he did to south Africa, uncontrollable when he start performing. Srilanka must have worries about him. Umer Gul Umer Gul reverse swings in last overs can play a major role in this big event.
Now I come to Srilankan side, although it is a balnce team but mainly depending on bowling and the two spinners Murli and Mendis are their weapon which can be lethal in this event. The batsmen to watch are Dilshan and Jayasurya. If Pakistan manage to control these two then it will be a great relief to paksitan side and can overcome its opponent.
