Coaches have less benefit and more financial burden

Shoaib Akhtar is in media again by recent comments he gave on coaches in cricket. He said the coaches are being paid heavily which is unnecessary while the performance of the team is due to the hard work of players. The teams can win without coaches too. According to him, he has never learnt a single skill from any coach.

There is no need of coaches in cricket, in this way the heavy financial spendings can be save. The coaches isd a new concept which had not ropom in early cricket while now a days it become a fashion to appoint coach on heavy remunerations which is unnecessary.
